Land Management has two shopping centres, one in Romford and one in East Ham. It is part of the Share and Debenture Trust group, a privately owned company that also owns farmland in Essex and an archive business called The Archive Warehouse. It operates a long term approach to business underpinned by trust and integrity.

Land Management invests a significant amount of money each year in the upkeep of its retail and communal spaces to ensure there is an attractive place for shoppers to visit and independent retailers to work.

Land Management understands that shoppers and retailers needs are progressing and therefore provides the facilities for the retailers to trade online as well from their retail units within the shopping centers.
